bad cleanliness

poor amenities

the VIP double room had a nice salt wall, but it obviously needed a good clean, as I found hair in strange places. the lack of drinking water in the spa and gym is just ridiculous. I woudl ve thought as a special guest, I would at least get a welcome gift, but I guess that’s too much to ask.

The atmosphere of this hotel is truly magical! With beautifully atmospheric lighting, our spacious and cozy double room felt like a luxurious retreat. The breakfast spread was beyond expectations, offering a plethora of choices that left us satisfied every morning. Special shoutout to Emo at the reception for making us feel right at home!

Pure Bliss at This Getaway!

The stay was super chill! The spa services were on point, totally melted my stress away. Had the best time enjoying the fresh salads at lunch. Oh, and the staff were so friendly—they even remembered our names! Just wished there were more pillows in the room to crash on—would’ve made it even comfier.

The VIP Double Room had a lovely Himalayan salt wall that added a unique touch and a sense of calm during our stay. The restaurant offered a daily-changing menu, which provided a nice variety without feeling repetitive, enhancing our dining experience.

The bathrooms lacked essential items like cabinets, towel racks, and mirrors—leave your toiletries at your own risk. Annoyingly, there was no air conditioning or proper ventilation in the spa area, making it uncomfortably hot, and it lacked drinking water despite it being, well, a spa. Not to mention the gym, which was overrun with rowdy teens, making it hard to get a decent workout in.

Our Deluxe Double Room was amazing! It had a beautiful atmosphere with comfortable, spacious beds, and the lighting was just right. The lobby was a great place to relax, and we loved the entertainment room with bowling and pool. The friendly staff made our stay even better, and it's fantastic that dogs are allowed.

Dinner buffet started a bit late for us.
